Our office exists to create a university culture that supports the successful college transitions of all first and second-year undergraduate students. We create pathways for students to pursue their academic, professional, and personal goals, access support systems and resources, and engage in transformative learning experiences.

Student Success Courses
Student Success Courses at VCU are one-credit classes that help first-year students build skills, make connections, and thrive. These small, weekly classes cover a range of topics and offer personalized support to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
